Broadway Sprouts Ages 4-8
Does your child love to sing? Do they love to act and create characters? This is the class for your them! In this introduction to Musical Theatre a special emphasis is placed on singing. With the guidance of a Broadway Pro, students will be introduced to a different Broadway musical or animated film each week and learn songs from a variety of shows. They will learn to break down a song, understand what the song is about and begin to understand telling a story through song. Broadway musicals may include Matilda, Finding Neverland, Mary Poppins, Aladdin, School of Rock, A Chorus Line and West Side Story, etc. They will also participate in theater games, learn improvisation, and may learn light choreography to go with their song. This is a must for any theatre lover, dancer or singer!
Broadway Sprouts Performs at the end of the year recital in June.
